For high-cycle applications Presto Lifts announces the "Super Cycle" option for many of their most popular lift tables. Normal lifts are typically designed for approximately 50,000 cycles between maintenance. The Super Cycle option extends this to 200,000 cycles. The increase is achieved by modifying several key lift components to be regreasable, allowing for preventative maintenance and extended life. Welded cold-rolled-steel wear strips are also added to Super Cycle Lifts.
The Super Cycle option is available on standard lifts as well as wide-base units with capacities ranging from 2,000 lbs. to 6,000 lbs.
