This valuable program helps professionals ensure their lift magnets are in compliance with ASME B30.20, the industry standard for inspection, testing and maintenance of close proximity operated lifting magnets.
The brochure explains that through the Lift Magnet Certification Program, Eriez 5-Star Service technicians inspect the lift magnet surface, replace missing parts, repair damaged parts, replace warning labels and do whatever else is needed to maintain compliance and safety. Every magnet repaired by Eriez is returned with a “Certificate of Compliance,” guaranteeing Eriez’ repairs and load tests comply with ASME B30.20. Plus, Eriez certified repairs come with a one year “as new” warranty.
The brochure also highlights Eriez’ 5-Star Magnet Exchange Program and Magnet Refurbishment Services. Through the Magnet Exchange Program, pre-certified refurbished Eriez SafeHold® Lift Magnets are available for shipment within 24 hours. If the desired SafeHold Lift Magnet is not available, Eriez will refurbish the customer’s lift magnet to “as new” condition and ship it back within three to five business days.
