Mr. Kim brings several years of experience in the IT channel to the position. His knowledge of the industry strengthens Ergotron's opportunity for growth in Korea.
St. Paul, MN April 19, 2007 -- Ergotron, the world leader in computer and video display mounting equipment, today announced it has hired Simon Kim as a Country Manager representing Korea. Mr. Kim brings several years of experience in the IT channel to the position. His knowledge of the industry strengthens Ergotron's opportunity for growth in Korea.
Expansion into Korea was spearheaded by Ergotron's Director of Asia Channel Sales, CY Wong, and Senior Vice President Mark Ellson. Mr. Wong announced the appointment of Mr. Kim as Ergotron's Country Manager late last week. In his role, Mr. Kim will work on developing and building relationships with distribution partners, in addition to training resellers and dealers, ensuring Ergotron's momentum and expansion into this new geographic market is successful.
