Envirosight, Vivax Form Strategic Alliance

Randolph, New Jersey - November 7, 2007 - Envirosight, a world leader in video pipeline inspection, and Vivax, an innovator of push camera and locator technology, have announced a strategic alliance whose goal is to further the development of push camera technology, and to grow the sales channel for such technology throughout the North American market.

The Envirosight product development team looks forward to working with Vivax on development of a digital operating platform that will be common among push cameras, mainline crawlers and zoom survey cameras. This will allow operators to maximize the interoperability of their video inspection equipment, enjoy greater functionality, and consolidate their equipment investment.

Vivax looks forward to leveraging Envirosight's strong sales and support channel, which includes more than 25 trained sales partner organizations throughout North America, as well as six authorized service centers.

"Vivax push cameras are a natural addition to our product lineup," says Richard Lindner, president of Envirosight. "We spent a year testing out the equipment, and were extremely impressed by its durability, and by the attention paid to technological enhancements and usability."

"In the five years since the company was launched, Envirosight has built tremendous market share, and established a camera sales channel second to none in the industry," says Mark Drew, president of Vivax. "We're excited to offer regional sales and support through Envirosight to those who use our equipment. Moreover, we're eager to explore technological synergies between our equipment and Envirosight's."

As part of the strategic alliance, Envirosight will private label Vivax equipment for the North American environmental market, and Vivax will grant Envirosight municipal sales exclusivity. Envirosight will officially launch the new push camera line February 27 at the 2008 Pumper Cleaner Environmental Expo in Louisville, Kentucky.
