Cone Drive are pleased to announce that their sister company David Brown has recently released their latest video. The video goes someway to show the capabilities that the companies are able to offer through their sister partnership.
David Brown has recently launched a new video engineers are born.... not made! The video has been produced to show the world the experience and capability that David Brown has built over the last 150 years of doing business.
The aim of the video is to show to our customers and suppliers the capabilities the company has or in the words of the video 'what's it all about'.
The video starts by going through the years and showing some of the previous industries and names David Brown developed like the famous David Brown tractors and Aston Martin and the development of the DB (David Brown) substantial range of products.
The video then shows the in house technology that David Brown has at its disposal on site, it goes on to show DB as a gear design leader and their ability to manufacture gears, including testing and ability to accurately measure the quality of the gears produced.
One of the main benefits of using David Brown is that over the years their engineers have developed a wealth of knowledge that is second to none. This experience is not only seen in the production of the products but also the excellent service capacity that the company has.
David Brown can produce gearboxes as standard at 3Kg or as large as 140,000 Kg and above, that can operate in -40°C or at 140°C, below the sea or above the earth. Quite simply David Brown has the ability to produce products where failure is not an option.
However David Brown is not all about gears and gearboxes behind the scenes David Brown offers its customers a vast array of online tools, giving their customers the ability to view stock levels and configure their own gearboxes online.
