Elektrobit Corporation Upgrades WiMAX Forum® Membership to Principal Level

Elektrobit Corporation (EB) strengthens its position in the WiMAX Forum® by upgrading its membership level from regular to principal level. EB has been a regular member of the WiMAX Forum since 2005. As a pricipal member, EB can participate in PlugFests events and actively affect the decisions made by the WiMAX Forum's working groups. In the WiMAX Forum, EB has strongly contributed to the definition of radio channel models and radio conformance test cases. EB has actively participated in WiMAX Forum member events, conferences and working group meetings. EB's goal is not only to follow standardization but rather be a proactive innovator contributing to future wireless systems.
