CLEVELAND, OH - Overhead bridge crane kits from Demag are a quick, and cost effective solution for installing overhead bridge cranes in the 3, 5 and 10 ton capacity range. The kits are plug-and-play, require no electrical work, and include everything needed for installation with the exception of a box girder or steel beams. Available in either top running or under running configurations, the single girders bridge crane kits include a wire rope hoist, end trucks, a bridge panel, a festoon system with brackets and push button station, specifications and instructions. Steel beams or box girders are typically sourced from a local vendor to save on freight.
All components are manufactured and warrantied by Demag. This ensures quick and trouble-free installation, quality, reliability and consistency. Typical installation times have been under 21 hours. While most customers use their own installer, Demag offers complete onsite construction and maintenance service.
