New Coating and Laminating Process Provides Labeling Companies More Flexibility, Material Efficiency
BRISTOL, Pa. - DUNMORE Corporation will showcase its new Gemini Series coating and laminating expanded capabilities to their partners throughout the labeling industry at Labelexpo Americas 2012.
DUNMORE, a premier supplier of specialty label face stock films, created Gemini to expand its product portfolio in support of its global partners businesses with a greater range of high-performance coating and laminating options.
Gemini combines two new production lines featuring multi-function coating and laminating machines with DUNMORE's 40-plus years of experience in advanced thin film production. The Brewster, NY and Freiburg, Germany lines went live in July with a 2 meter and 2.45 meter respective width capabilities, demonstrating its commitment to grow with its strategic partners.
Additionally, DUNMORE invests in new product development with its latest high-temperature labeling material at Labelexpo Americas 2012, scheduled Sept. 11 through Sept. 13 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.
The Gemini Series is capable of applying six different configurations of coating and lamination in less time than conventional equipment, providing greater flexibility and overall value to its customers.
DUNMORE Sales Director, Dan Sullivan, with more than 30 years of thin-film experience, will join his dedicated sales and technical teams to showcase the Gemini Series to the diverse participants at Labelexpo. "The Gemini Series is an example of how we invest in the continued success of our customers and business partners. With the company expansion and our new high temperature substrate, we're increasing the portfolio of solutions they can offer their customers," Sullivan said.
DUNMORE's new high temperature label substrate, which will be on display in the DUNMORE booth, is designed to help label printers take advantage of the growing demand for labels that perform in high temperature environments like electronic applications.
