TOKYO - DENSO Corporation, parent company of Long Beach-based DENSO Sales California, announced the following management changes, which were voted upon at today's shareholders meeting. These changes are effective today.

New Directors appointed to the Board: o Shinro Iwatsuki, Executive Vice President (from Senior Managing Director) o Oyuki Ogawa, Executive Vice President (from Senior Managing Director) o Mitsuharu Kato, Senior Managing Director (from Managing Officer) o Mineo Hanai, Senior Managing Director (from Managing Officer) o Hiromi Tokuda, Senior Managing Director (from Managing Officer)

New Managing Officers: o Sakae Kitazawa (from Senior Manager of the Engineering Research & Development Center) o Yoshitaka Asano (from President of SIAM DENSO Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) o Michio Adachi (from General Manager of the System Control Components Engineering Department) o Tetsuo Kondo (from General Manager of the Engine Control Components Product Division) o Kenichiro Kamai (from General Manager of the Vehicle Integrated Systems R&D Department) o Hiroyuki Wakabayashi (from General Manager of the Quality Control Department)

Board of Director and Managing Officer retirements include: o Norio Omori, Executive Vice President o Nobuhiro Miyake, Senior Managing Director o Susumu Harada , Senior Managing Director o Akitoshi Sugiura , Managing Officer o Masayoshi Yagyu, Managing Officer o Shohei Itoh, Managing Officer
