Press release date: April 4, 2007

Reaffirming its commitment to the growing electronics market it South America, DEK has announced that it will exhibit alongside local representative SMA in booth # L70/M71 at the upcoming Electronica Brazil show. The event will take place from April 23 - 27, 2007 in Sao Paulo, Brazil and is the premiere electronics exhibition in the burgeoning South American manufacturing market.

With a full suite of solutions on display, DEK invites customers to 'Expect More' and welcomes the opportunity to prove just how much more DEK can deliver in the way of productivity, customer service and support, technology innovation and process expertise. DEK technical experts and company representatives will be on hand to demonstrate the company's latest technologies and proven pre-placement solutions.

Central to the DEK exhibit are its market-leading 248 and Horizon 03i platforms, which are the pinnacle of entry- and mid-range value and productivity. Known for its ease-of-use and cost-efficiency, the DEK 248 semi-automatic printer provides a wide variety of capabilities including menu-driven, micro-controlled operation, programmable PCB and stencil separation and consistent accuracy and repeatability for fine-pitch applications. For users who require a fully automatic platform with the lowest cost of ownership, DEK's world renowned Horizon 03i is the system of choice. Built on the acclaimed Horizon platform, this system delivers all the robustness, reliability and stability one would expect from a DEK-engineered machine. With rapid set-up and changeover, Horizon 03i is ideal for high-mix, prototyping and pre-production environments. Throughout the event, Electronica delegates will be treated to demonstrations of both of these high performance DEK systems.

Visitors to the booth will also have the opportunity to discuss DEK's latest breakthrough cleaning technology, Cyclone, as well as the company's award-winning enclosed head printing technology, ProFlow, and its variety of other process-enabling solutions.
