YORK, NE - A former Fortune 100-company marketing associate and military veteran has joined Cyclonaire Corporation to head the manufacturer's new Components division. Mike Beaver, of York, NE, recently assumed the Components Sales Manager role at the company, which manufactures bulk material handling systems - specializing in pneumatic conveying and controls. It's a new position at Cyclonaire, one that will better facilitate the formal introduction of the company's components line later this year.
Beaver has more than 10 years of experience in distribution sales, marketing, and management. He previously worked in marketing at Sysco Corp., where he earned a distinguished corporate Chairman Club award for recognition of high sales achievement. Prior to that, Beaver separately served with both the U.S. Army and U.S. Coast Guard; he also attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Kearney State College. He and his wife, Kris, have three children. Beaver enjoys coaching youth sports, fishing, golf, and growing giant pumpkins.
Cyclonaire's new Components division will bridge the company's Parts and Systems divisions, while making the extensive product line even more accessible for customers. The Components division will consist of most of Cyclonaire's current product catalog - including the pieces, or components, that comprise total pneumatic conveying systems. While some customers purchase complete, multi-tiered, custom-engineered systems to outfit their facilities, other customers may need only individual components. By separating the marketing and sales training of each division, customers can easily select their options.
