Contech Engineered Solutions Acquires Midwestern Culvert

WEST CHESTER, Ohio- Contech Engineered Solutions today acquired certain assets of Midwestern Culvert Ltd., operating in Ankeny, Iowa. Ankeny is located approximately 8 miles north of Des Moines.

The privately-held Midwestern Culvert produces primarily corrugated metal pipe products and accessories. Contech will continue operations at the manufacturing facility in Ankeny, Iowa expanding the company's operating footprint with a location in the state. "We are excited to complete this acquisition as we continue to invest in our Pipe Solutions business and strengthen our footprint in the region," said Ron Keating, President and CEO of Contech.
