Changes to IBS´ Nomination Committee

Due to earlier changes in the ownership structure of the company, IBS announces two new members to the Nomination Committee: Rishi Bajaj, Silverpoint Capital and IBS chairman Pallab Chatterjee.
In accordance with the decision of IBS' 2007 Annual General Meeting, consideration shall be given to significant changes in the ownership structure taking place during the fourth quarter. As a result of the changes in ownership in November, Rishi Bajaj, Silverpoint Capital and IBS chairman Pallab Chatterjee have now been appointed members of the Nomination Committee. The new members replace Henrik Jonsson, Catella Investments and Johan Björklund, former Acting Chairman of the Board of IBS AB.
Accordingly, the Nomination Committee comprises George Ho (Chairman of the Committee), Deccan Value Investments, Henrik Strömbom, Case Asset Management, Rikard Svensson, Arvid Svensson Invest, Rishi Bajaj, Silverpoint Capital and IBS chairman Pallab Chatterjee.
