Change in the Executive Committee of Bacou-Dalloz


Christian Voegeli, Senior Vice-President Body Protection has decided to leave the Bacou- Dalloz Group. Brice de La Morandière will take on the responsibility of the body protection businesses in addition to his current position as CFO of the Group.

"I want to thank Christian for his important contribution to restructuring and developing the body protection businesses since the merger" declared Henri-Dominique Petit, Chairman and CEO of the Group. "I'm confident that Brice's financial and industrial experience on an international level and commitment will be important factors for success in his new role. All members of the executive committee remain focused on the implementation of its strategic plan aimed at strengthening each of Bacou-Dalloz' businesses."

Brice de La Morandiere is 41 years old. He joined Christian Dalloz group in 1997, as Chief Financial Officer, and contributed to the merger with the Bacou group in 2001. He then became Chief Financial Officer of the Bacou-Dalloz Group. He previously held positions as financial controller within several industrial plants of CarnaudMetalbox in different countries. He has a law degree, a further degree in strategic management and is a graduate of the Institut d'Études Politiques, Paris.
