Certified Partner Program for Resellers Announced by Para Systems/Minuteman Power Technologies
Program provides marketing assistance, technical assistance, and extended warranties to resellers of Para Systems/Minuteman Power Technologies products
Carrollton, Texas - April 28, 2008 - Para Systems has introduced its Certified Partner Program for resellers of its Para Systems/Minuteman Power Technology products. The Minuteman Certified Partner Program is an opportunity for resellers and installers and their customers to tap into Para Systems' marketing resources and earn funds for the promotion of Minuteman products with annual purchases of Minuteman products in excess of $10,000.
Qualified resellers and installers of power and communication-related products and services are eligible for Para Systems' Certified Partner program if they agree to:
o Submit a Minuteman Certified Partner Program application
o Actively sell power-related products to end users in the United States.
o Annually purchase at least $10,000 of Minuteman products from authorized Minuteman distributors.
o Have sales, service and technical personnel trained on Minuteman products.
o Participate in promotional campaigns initiated by Para Systems.
o Include a customized www.sizemyups.com page on their website
o Highlight Minuteman products on their web site
In order to qualify for the program, resellers must submit an Certified Partner Program application (available on-line at www.minutemanups.com/partners
Each Partner Agreement will be valid for one year and may be renewed annually. Certified Partners may be re-certified each year based on the prior year's performance and with agreement of both parties.
In turn, Para Systems will:
o Provide early notification of product news and announcements.
o Provide and additional year of warranty on Minuteman UPS products.
o Provide full access to technical and marketing assistance.
o Provide a customized www.sizemyups.com website for their business.
o Provide on-line access to forms and information updates.
o Include the Certified Partner in the Certified Partner/Dealer Locator on www.minutemanups.com which allows potential customers to find their business and contact information.
o Provide signage for their office.
o Offer replacement batteries and Minuteman services at a 20% discount.
In announcing the Certified Partner Program, Rod Pullen, President of Para Systems stated: "We are very excited about being able to add this level of support for the resellers of our Minuteman product line.
