CertainTeed HVAC and Industrial Insulation Customers Enter Second Season of Successful Triple Play Payback Sales Program


(Valley Forge, Pennsylvania) - CertainTeed Corporation, one of North America's leading building products manufacturers, kicks off 2006 by offering for a second time Triple Play Payback, a seasonal sales incentive program that rewards HVAC and industrial insulation distributor sales representatives and their contractor customers for purchases of select CertainTeed products.

Beginning March 1, 2006, and running through May 31, 2006, Triple Play Payback participants can take part in the "March Madness" portion of the sales program. Contractors will earn $1 for every roll of ToughGard(R)2 Textile Duct Liner and ToughGard(R) R Duct Liner purchased as well as for every carton of ToughGard(R) Duct Board purchased. Contractors will also earn 50 cents per roll of SoftTouch(TM) Duct Wrap and $7.50 per pallette of ToughGard Duct Board. Distributor sales representatives earn 75 cents for every roll of ToughGard2 Textile Duct Liner and ToughGard R Duct Liner sold. They will also receive 25 cents per roll of SoftTouch Duct Wrap, 75 cents per carton of ToughGard Duct Board and $5.50 per palette of ToughGard Duct Board.

At the close of "March Madness," participating professionals will receive a pre-funded debit card that has been credited throughout "March Madness" with the specified cash value each time a sale or purchase of a product within the program has been submitted.

"Last year we offered incentives for sales of ToughGard2 Textile Duct Liner exclusively, and were more successful than we had even hoped. This year, we wanted to extend the rewards our customers could obtain from the Triple Play Payback program, so we have broadened the incentives to include four of our most popular products," says Renee Chesler, General Manager of CertainTeed's HVAC/Industrial Business.

Following "March Madness," HVAC and industrial insulation distributor sales representatives and contractors can participate in the "Drive Your Sales" portion of the program June 1, 2006, through August 31, 2006, followed by "Gridiron Gusto" September 1, 2006, through November 30, 2006. To participate in the Triple Play Payback program, HVAC distributor sales representatives must see their local CertainTeed sales representative for registration forms, and contractors should see their CertainTeed distributor. Award claims must be faxed using the official redemption form. Proof of purchase must also be submitted with each redemption form. As additional proofs of purchase are submitted, the debit card will be credited through the end of the program period.
