SUNNYVALE, Calif., and BRACKNELL, UK - Centrify Corporation, the leading provider of security and compliance solutions that centrally control, secure and audit access to cross-platform systems, mobile devices and applications, today announced that it is launching into the Israeli region to meet growing demand for its Centrify Suite 2012 solution and mobile security offerings. Facilitating this market expansion, Centrify has signed a distribution contract with Multipoint, a value-added distributor specialized in networking and IT security.
"There is a real need from our partners and customers for advanced security products that provide visibility and control over user access to different systems and applications," said Arie Wolman, vice president of sales at Multipoint. "Centrify provides us with a set of solutions to address the need to centrally manage user authentication and privileges across a variety of platforms in a way that no other provider delivers."
Centrify's go-to-market strategy is focused on building a network of technically enabled partners that can assist customers in addressing both their information security and regulatory compliance requirements in-region. Centrify partners with organizations such as Multipoint, which act as an extension of Centrify in their respective EMEA regions and provide local-language sales, technical support and services. Multipoint, with more than 100 partners, has committed significant local resources to the Centrify partnership, and the sales and technical resources have been trained by Centrify in preparation for this launch into the Israeli region.
"Centrify is experiencing rapid global expansion and our annual growth rate in Europe, the Middle East and Africa now exceeds 70 percent," said Olly Carter, EMEA Channel Manager, Centrify Corporation. "This trend is mirrored in Israel, an important market for Centrify, where the ability to centrally control, authorize and audit UNIX, Linux, Mac, iOS and Android systems, as well as simplifying access to databases and applications is driving customer demand. To accelerate this growth, we are very pleased to announce Multipoint as our new value-added distributor; they will recruit, manage and develop a network of value-added partners so we can better support our expanding Israeli customer base."
