Cabinet NG Names John E. Allen as Vice President of Marketing

Huntsville, Alabama, July 31, 2006 - Cabinet NG, Inc., the preeminent solution to the "paper cuts profit" problem in small and medium sized businesses (SMBs), today announced the appointment of John Allen as vice president of marketing. Allen's appointment is a perfect complement to the company's rapid growth in all target markets including manufacturing, financial and accounting industries. With the addition of Allen, James True will focus his efforts on Cabinet NG's strategic partnerships and overall business development efforts.

"John's addition to our team occurs as Cabinet NG is experiencing faster growth than ever before. His expertise in technology marketing will help drive our expansion in every market, in addition to strengthening our position as the leader of automated electronic document management that enables SMBs to prosper and thrive," said Andrew Bailey, president of Cabinet NG.

Allen spent eight years as product marketing manager at Intergraph Corporation, a leading global provider of spatial information management (SIM) software, where he successfully secured an exclusive marketing agreement with Sun Microsystems and grew its product line from zero to $12 million in revenue in just under three years, resulting in the sale of the product line to Microsoft in 1998. Allen's extraordinary track record also includes his marketing leadership as vice president of sales and marketing at WireSpeed Communications, where he doubled revenues to $2.5 million in less than two years - which helped ensure the firm's acquisition by Red Hat, Inc. in 2000.

Between 2000 and 2004, John worked in a consulting role, assisting a number of start-up companies to launch new products as well as helping established companies to re-focus their strategic efforts and address new markets. During this period, John also served as a marketing advisor for Huntsville-based business incubator BizTech. In 2005, Allen joined BizTech graduate dealnews.com, an Internet bargain-hunting portal as Director of Marketing. While there John's search engine optimization efforts drove significant increases in traffic growth resulting in higher revenues.

"Cabinet NG's success in delivering bottom line savings through its market-leading document management solutions has been very impressive. The ability to solve the paper cuts profit problem in the SMB segment, combined with outstanding corporate and marketing leadership, has resulted in a company and a product known for delivering business process improvements through the elimination of pain caused by paper," commented John Allen. "I am very excited to have an opportunity to be part of the team and to expand Cabinet NG's presence in new markets."
