Press release date: January 21, 2014

BETHEL, Conn. -- BranchServ (, a division of Custom Vault Corporation and a leading provider of electronic and physical security equipment and service for banks and credit unions nationwide, is pleased to announce its new BranchFormation Solution. This initiative will extend the company's product and service capabilities to include ATMs, cash recyclers and the NBS (New Branch Solution) as a result of a vendor alliance with Nautilus Hyosung. Subsequently, BranchServ will be equipped to transform bank branches via technology; creating an optimal customer experience while supporting profit growth for its client base. The company debuted its entre into cash automation at Friday's BankWorld 2014 in Connecticut, and received a strong reception from attendees.

"Banks and credit unions are dealing with a lot of push and pull. They are under increased financial pressure but are also compelled to engage customers via convenience and technological innovation," says Thomas Brennan, President & CEO of BranchServ, "We are providing them with a true solution that will allow them to reduce costs at the teller line and shift their emphasis to higher margin financial products in support of long-term viability."

Physical security has been the cornerstone of BranchServ's success, and the company has strengthened its presence in electronic security via strong vendor relationships and the acquisition of CheckView, a division of Checkpoint.  Product aside; superior project management and stellar service metrics are the hallmarks that continue to differentiate BranchServ in the marketplace.  According to Dave Pepin, VP Sales, "Extending into cash automation products establishes BranchServ as a complete resource for the banks and credit unions it serves nationwide.  We are very excited to be entering our next phase with Hyosung." And Nautilus Hyosung shares that enthusiasm. Andy Orent, President of Nautilus Hyosung, states that "Nautilus Hyosung is very pleased to add best in class partners to our reseller program, and establishing BranchServ as a Master VAR is certainly consistent with our desire for excellence.  BranchServ enjoys a superior reputation among their client base, and we are confident that our industry leading banking solutions will complement their product and service portfolio."

Founded in 1999 as a division of Custom Vault Corporation, BranchServ provides physical and electronic security equipment and service solutions to more than 8,700 bank branches and credit unions nationwide, including three of the ten largest branch banking networks in the United States. The fastest growing provider in the industry, BranchServ combines a client-driven service focus with unparalleled experience; empowering branch networks to improve operational efficiencies, lower costs, enhance the end-customer experience and maintain the highest levels of security.

Nautilus Hyosung is the fastest growing ATM vendor in the North American ATM market according to Retail Banking Research (RBR), a strategic research and consulting firm. Nautilus Hyosung America has shipped more than 220,000 ATMs since entering the US market.
