Brambert Named Group Publisher for FMA Communications, Inc.



ROCKFORD, ILL., - David Brambert has been named group publisher for FMA Communications, Inc., the publishing affiliate of the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association, International (FMA).

As group publisher, Brambert will be responsible for the strategic direction of FMA's industrial publications, which include The FABRICATOR, TPJ-the Tube & Pipe Journal, STAMPING Journal, Practical Welding Today and Green Manufacturer as well as the association's e-newsletters, vendor directories and websites.

Brambert has more than 27 years of experience in the publishing industry, 12 of them as either publisher or group publisher. His prior employers include Miller Freeman Publishing, Cygnus Business Media and Allured Business Media.

Most recently, Brambert was a consultant for B2B media companies assessing sales, marketing, editorial and the corresponding infrastructure. Prior to that position, he was group publisher for Allured Business Media.

Brambert has a bachelor's degree in communications from Loyola University in Chicago and is pursuing a master's of business administration at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He resides in Bloomingdale, Ill.
