Rijswijk, The Netherlands - September 10, 2007 - BlueCielo ECM Solutions (formerly Cyco Software), a leading global software company offering Engineering Content Management (ECM) solutions, announced today that it has appointed Pamela Aloia to the position of Quality Manager with immediate effect.
A specialist in quality, validation and document management who has worked with regulated industries for 12 years, Aloia will expand BlueCielo's quality management program and ensure that the company continues to provide top quality software solutions and services compliant with applicable regulations.
Aloia will draw on her extensive experience particularly in the pharmaceutical and engineering sectors to further hone BlueCielo's industry-tailored InnoCielo solutions that enable companies in the utilities, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, and other sectors to effectively manage their engineering content, while supporting compliance to the necessary industry or government regulations such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11, European Annex 11 of the EU Guide, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), OSHA 1910 for Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) guidelines.

Aloia joins the company from DataCore Technology, Inc, a successful US-based company specializing in implementing ECM solutions and long-time reseller of BlueCielo's ECM solutions until its recent acquisition by BlueCielo in June.
Prior to seven years in quality and project management at DataCore, Aloia distinguished herself as a validation specialist at First Consulting Group, an IT consultancy dedicated to the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, after beginning her career as a technical writer for Sanchez Computer Associates equipped with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
