GOSHEN, N.Y. - Visit Blaser Swisslube, Inc., premier supplier of world-class, Swiss-quality metalworking fluids, at WESTEC 2007, March 26-29. Blaser's machining specialists will be at your service at booth No. 2023 to answer your questions about our vegetable ester-based products.
Vasco 5000, the unmatchable liquid tool for increased productivity, demonstrates excellent cutting and grinding performance, providing advantages such as extended tool life, faster cycle times and better surface finish over competitive water-miscible coolants. This advanced product contains vegetable oil-based esters made of renewable raw materials with excellent skin compatibility for machine operators.
Vascomill 10, the liquid tool for high-pressure oil applications, is especially suited for cutting oil applications in Swiss-style CNC lathes. Its low viscosity levels allow for maximum air escape. This makes Vascomill 10 resistant to foaming, even in long cycle times where high pressure is engaged more than 50% of the time. Vascomill 10, a renewable vegetable ester-based cutting oil, is unique in that its low viscosity is paired with a high flashpoint compared to mineral oils of the same viscosity.
Founded in 1936, Blaser Swisslube, Inc. has formulated first-rate metalworking solutions for 70 years. Blaser's liquid tools are recognized worldwide for dependability in improving productivity, tool life, production and part quality and reducing overall production costs. Blaser products are developed by a team of researchers at their headquarters in Switzerland, and U.S. production is based in Goshen, N.Y.
