BellSouth Enhances its Web Site to Simplify the Customer Experience


ATLANTA, Oct. 3 -- BellSouth (NYSE:BLS) announced today that it has re-designed the BellSouth.com home page in an initiative to make it easier to do business online with BellSouth. In the newly-designed Account Center, it is simpler for customers to securely manage all aspects of their accounts. An additional enhancement includes a unified Help and Support Center where customers can find help with all BellSouth products and services in one location. BellSouth.com, which receives 3.5 million unique visitors per month, also now features faster page load times and an optimized search function.

With BellSouth's newly-designed Account Center, customers can view their services, make changes to their accounts and view and pay bills online, all in one place. Using BellSouth e-Bill, customers can securely manage their accounts online, receive monthly balance and due date reminders, schedule payments in advance, view payment histories up to 13 months and print or download an enhanced copy of their bills.

Customers can also view BellSouth's online-only deals via the home page. Updated monthly, this site features special offers available exclusively to customers who order BellSouth products and services online.

To receive support for all BellSouth products and services, customers can visit the enhanced Help and Support Center via bellsouth.com. Customers will find in the center instructions for all BellSouth products and services, including Cingular® Wireless and DIRECTV® service, as well as answer questions about their bill, troubleshoot a problem or report a problem online.
