With a shot size ranging from .5g to 10 oz., our plastic molding has a 20-150 ton clamping force and molds up to 24" inches between tie bars.

Atlas Hobbing & Tool Co., Inc. offers a large assortment of Tool & Die Design and Fabrication services that offer blow, compression, injection and mold transferring capabilities. With a mold weight of up to two tons and a .001 inch tolerance, our superior line of products can mold up to 24 inches between tie bars.

Meeting ISO - 9001-2008 Industry standards, our tool and die design and fabrication services can be applied to aluminum, CRS or stainless steel materials. And we can design and fabricate products for a wide variety of tooling applications including automation equipment and testing, assembling or welding fixtures. Whether your volume requirements are high or low, long or short run, we have the capabilities to conduct high-quality, effective design and fabrication processes for your entire tool and die production needs.

With full 3D modeling and laser scanning capabilities, Atlas Hobbing & Tool Co., Inc. offers a wide range of Engineering, Design and Rapid Prototyping services. Using an ABS plastic printer, our 3D rapid prototyping has 6X6X8 inch ABS printing envelope capabilities. In order to guarantee high quality production that meets ISO - 9001-2008 industry standards, we conduct a wide range of engineering analyses such as failure, fatigue, reliability, strain and shock testing. Computational, chemical, and material analyses are also available upon request.
