Canonsburg, PA - Aquatech, a world leader in the development of wastewater recycling, reuse and treatment, announced it has been actively operating the MoVap® wastewater treatment solution for shale gas at a field location near Masontown, Pennsylvania. To mark the company's progress to date, the week of August 15th, Aquatech launched a series of special events where it is hosting natural gas producers and professionals, regulators, government and industry leaders and members of the media to see the unit in live operation.

When fully treated with the proprietary MoVap® solution, waters can be reused or returned to the environment in compliance with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits.
