All Sensors Corporation of Morgan Hill, CA announced today it had purchased a minority interest in AsenStec Gmbh of Inning, Germany. All Sensors is a leading supplier of low-pressure sensors. AsenStec is a leading distributor of sensors in Europe. AsenStec was founded by, and is managed by, Helmut Koslowski. All Sensors has an option to purchase a majority interest in AsenStec at some time in the future. Details of the purchase are not available.

As part of the purchase, AsenStec will change its name to All Sensors Europe Gmbh, formerly known as AsenStec Gmbh. Also, all products sold by All Sensors Europe will be sold with the All Sensors label.

AsenStec founder Helmut Koslowski is a twenty-five year veteran of the sensor industry. Mr. Koslowski formed AsenStec in 2004 as a leveraged buyout of a business formerly part of Sensortechnics Gmbh of Pucheim, Germany.

All Sensors Corporation was founded in 1999 by Dennis Dauenhauer. Mr. Dauenhauer was founder and president of Sensym and Next Sensors Corporation. Mr. Dauenhauer and Mr. Koslowski have worked together for over twenty years in the sensor industry.

Mr. Koslowski will work closely with Mr. Uli Michels of Erkelenz, Germany. Mr. Michels is currently All Sensors representative for Europe.
