Princeton, ON -Tiercel Technology Corp. today announced the acquisition of John G. Wilson Machine Limited. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition enables John G. Wilson Machine Limited to build on its expertise for expansion of its global client base and innovative use of technology.
"This is an exciting milestone for an innovative company that has provided customers with quick turnaround, high precision components and metal assemblies since 1953, " said Bruce Seeley, President of Tiercel Technology.
