AEC Appoints New Positions to Valued Employees

AEC is pleased to announce that Ken Montzka has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Engineering for the South Attleboro office. In his role, Ken will have the responsibility of providing leadership to all aspects of our engineering research and development efforts, design engineering services, product liability along with safety and support and after market engineering support. Ken previously held the position of Senior Process Engineer, and for the past 11 years, has served as Manager of Design Engineering.
In addition, Bill Desrosiers has been newly appointed to Director of Inside Sales and Marketing for all AEC size reduction products. In this new role, Bill will have the responsibility for all aspects of inside sales and marketing, and will work closely with product engineers to provide support to our customers and outside sales force. Bill will also work to develop and bring new products to the market, lead efforts for identifying and penetrating into new markets, as well as developing effective marketing strategies and programs for the size reduction product line. Having started as a draftsman in 1987, Bill has gone on to the positions of Lead CAD Designer, Mechanical Designer, Sr. Design Engineer, and Customer Service manager up to his most recent role of Inside Sales Manager.
The position of Design Engineering Manager has been appointed to Eric Stuart for the South Attleboro facility. Eric's primary responsibility will be to manage the design engineering required for custom machine orders. For the last 5 years, Eric has served as Design Engineer and Engineering Sales Liaison.
