Nstein Solutions Enable France's Groupe La Provence to Streamline Content Management and Launch New Regional Portal

Nstein's NCM content management platform allows the press group to structure and repurpose seven years' worth of digital archives and develop a brand-new regional portal

MONTREAL and PARIS, June 27 -- Nstein Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: EIN), a leader in content management solutions for the publishing, media and entertainment industries, today announced that Groupe La Provence - France's fifth largest publisher of regional daily newspapers - has selected Nstein's Ntelligent Content Management (NCM) Suite to manage its digital assets and create a brand-new regional portal, launched earlier today (www.laprovence.com).

Over the past 12 months, two strategic initiatives have been brought to fruition by Groupe La Provence using Nstein's solutions and expertise, namely the management of digital asset archives and the creation of the new regional portal. This has involved the deployment of NCM's Web Content Management and Digital Asset Management modules.

Well-structured and accessible archives

Groupe La Provence needed to restructure seven years of archives, including text and photos, to make them more user-friendly. The organization also wished to automate the process of importing content generated by the group's reporters and maximize accessibility.

A new interactive Web portal

The second part of the project involved building a regional portal for Groupe La Provence. An initial version of the portal was released in mid-February 2007. In its upgraded form, launched today, the portal is even more advanced. Developed using Nstein's NCM Suite, it offers users a wide range of sections and services, all of which place a great deal of importance on interactivity and user participation through daily polls, forums and other features.

"This year marks a significant stage in the growth of Groupe La Provence. We have invested heavily in printing technologies to create a new format for our flagship newspaper, La Provence, in celebration of its 10th anniversary. Earlier in the year, we also stepped up our online strategy and launched the initial version of laprovence.com, which has since evolved into the new regional portal being launched today. This dual-media approach is ushering our group into a new age, which will bring an enormous added value to both our print and electronic readership," said Claire Charbonnel, Associate Director of Groupe La Provence. "These initiatives could not have been achieved without proven, comprehensive, scalable and reliable technologies. NCM solutions respond perfectly to our needs and objectives."

Groupe La Provence selected Nstein's NCM Suite for its ability to accommodate the specific needs of the media industry and its solid reputation among a growing number of press groups. In addition to the many unique features that distinguish it from its competitors, the NCM Suite was chosen because it does not require in-house development and because of its robust, scalable and easy-to-use nature.

"We are delighted to play a part in realizing the ambitious strategy of Groupe La Provence. They have found a cohesive, relevant way of merging print and online media and are well poised to leverage the convergence of both worlds," said Bruno Genuit, General Manager of Nstein Europe. "Residents of the Provence region and online users from around the world will benefit from these new value-added services and the enriched experiences resulting from the highly interactive interface."
