Safety Block System prevents stamping press operator injuries.
Lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum safety block is used during changeover and maintenance of die components to prevent injuries to press operators. It has compressive yield strength of 35,000 psi. Wedges compensate for gap left between safety block and upper press section ram. Optional power cutoff plug can be connected to press operation control circuit.
