IISI releases statistics on crude steel production.

Overall, world crude steel production for 67 countries reporting to IISI was 110.9 million metric tons (mmt) in March, which was 8.6% increase on March 2006. Total world crude steel production was 318.3 mmt in first three months of 2007, which showed 10.2% increase over first quarter of 2006. Full report is available on IISI website.
