MPIF Says the Automotive Segment Continues to Raise Concern

The powder metallurgy (PM) industry began 2019 facing a subdued business outlook. 2019 may be modestly down for the press‐and‐ sinter business. While the lawn and garden market and appliances and construction equipment markets are doing well, the automotive segment is raising concern.
