Equipped with servomotor, servodrive, and motion programming, all-electric Multi-Spindle Thread Verification Module can check quantity of threads in 1 sec. Extending torque is adjustable up to 12 lb-in., while retracting torque is 40 lb-in. to assure gage will not stick in threads. GO, NO GO, and GO-NO GO combination gauging, as well as thread depth gauging, are all possible.
