Load Transfer Station includes pallet dispenser.

LTS-PD allows single forklift operator to perform entire transfer process. Load can be placed in station and transferred to another pallet at speed of 45 sec per cycle. Pallets can be loaded into LTS-PD from 2 sides, and removed or picked up from either side. Unit works as stand-alone device or can be incorporated into packaging system.

End Effector offers product flexibility.

Bag/box end effector enables 1 robot to simultaneously palletize bags and boxes without changing tools. Multi-function robot arm tooling can palletize products from up to 3 lines at once, saving floor space. End effector is equipped with push-down grippers, and can be modified to pick and place pallets or sheets.

Bagging Robot handles three production lines.

When attached to robotic palletizer, Adjusting Bag End Effector provides ability to palletize multiple bag types and sizes. User can add new bag sizes or types, as production or marketing needs change. Multi-position cylinders allow on-the-fly adjustments for wide range of bag sizes without stopping for re-tooling.

Model HL2000, with 7 ft x 14 ft footprint, operates at speeds of up to 20 cases per minute. It provides soft-product handling and standard side retainers for load squaring. Palletizer is suitable for low-speed, multiple-line layouts that require dedicated machines on 13 ft centerline.

It uses robotic technology, and can be expanded to handle up to 3 lines with fully automated pallet delivery. This model is part of company's line of palletizers that handle speeds of up to 70 cases per minute and 20 bags per minute.
