Cooling System suits dry grinding applications.

Kool-Grind System includes chiller with 4x4 in. plate and 6x12 in. electromagnetic chuck. Chiller runs coolant through plate and chuck to cool work-piece during grinding, prevent heat build-up and warping, reduce grinding wheel breakdown, and allow closer tolerances. It avoids use of flood coolants or mist sprays. Applications include thin parts, mold inserts and die sections.

Steam Boilers prevent leaky tubes.

EX Series gas/oil steam boilers have rows of vertical water tubes sandwiched between 2 ring-shaped headers. Because headers are only attached to tubes, they float, unconstrained, up and down with tubes' thermal expansion and contraction. Boilers reach full steam in 5 min and maintain 85% fuel to steam efficiency.

Flexible Water Boilers come in sizes from 6 through 25 BHP.

DR Series steam and hot water boilers are available in forced draft gas, oil, or dual fuel (gas/oil) fired models. They utilize tube configuration, which provides water-cooled combustion chamber, and stimulates heat transfer. Removable/replaceable tubes require 24 in. for maintenance access. Largest size DR Series boiler is 33-7/8 in. wide, and will fit through most doors.
