PDA reads and writes to TEDS smart transducers.

Model 400A75 TEDS PDA includes Palm m105 with 8MB of RAM, communication hardware that plugs into HotSync(R) port, cable, and installed software to read and write to PCB IEEE P1451.4 compliant TEDS sensors. TEDS are self-identifying transducers with fields that fully describe type, operation, and attributes of transducer. PDA reads full content of TEDS memory and displays it on Palm's LCD display.
