Machined from H-13 hotwork die steel with 50-54 Rc blade hardness and annealed heads, US Standard Inch Ejector Blades range from .024-.078 in. thick and .100-.484 in. in width with tolerance of +.0000-.0003 in. Units come in 8 standard overall lengths from 5-10 3/8 in. Custom blades in variety of tool steels with corner radii, vents, head flats, and EDM shapes can also be provided.
