Cartridge Valves are offered in two versions.

Electro-proportional cartridge valves include direct-acting and pilot-operated versions. Direct-acting models consist of proportional flow controls, pressure reducing and relieving cartridges, and pilot stage relief. Valves are available in 2, 3, and 4 ports, have flow capacities of 0.1-200 gpm, and operating pressures up to 5000 psi. Floating style construction eliminates binding of internal...

Manifold Isolation Valve handles aggressive chemicals.

Miniature Series 385 is 16 mm wide with manifold-mount design that reduces number of potential leak points of fluid circuit. Rocker diaphragm mechanism forms easy-to-flush internal cavity, which prevents cross-contamination and eliminates erratic flow caused by pumping action. Inert materials of construction include PEEK, FFKM, FKM, and EPDM to handle corrosive or high-purity fluids.

Cartridge Valves

Pumps and Valves fit in small manifold spaces.

Inert Solenoid Pumps and Valves have 0.5 in. footprint and threaded-collar design for mounting to manifold. Locked-in mounting collar, hand tightened into manifold port, ensures even load on gasket seal for pressures up to 100 psi. Units can be customized in PEEK, PPS, Ultem, acrylic, Chemraz, EPDM, Viton, or Teflon. Multiple manifold sizes achieve flows from 10 Â-µL/min to 2 L/min.

Cartridge Valves

Check Valves are designed for installation in plastic.

CCPI Series Press-In Chek miniature cartridge style check valves are available in 5.5 and 8 mm diameters. Barbed design provides retention and prevents any bypass leakage around valve. Each valve is 100% tested for flow, leakage and cracking pressure. Press-In Chek valves are offered in cracking pressures from 0 to 72.5 psid and are compatible with most fluids.
