Zollner Electronics Invest in Rehm's VisionXP System to Support Their Expansion into the USA

Rehm Thermal Systems VisionXP is aiding Zollner Electronics, the successful international EMS provider, with their expansion into the USA. Zollner Electronics needed a convection reflow system that would increase overall productivity of their production lines and selected Rehm's VisionXP for the job. The decision to incorporate this system into their new manufacturing plant in Milpitas was due to the number of benefits the VisionXP is able to provide. These advantages include having the strongest heating and cooling power in the industry, as well as being able to provide Zollner Electronics with the lowest cost of ownership and an efficient residue management system, which ensures that efficiency and productivity is maximised.
The VisionXP convection reflow oven has been designed specifically for high end manufacturing. It incorporates a three-shift production capability and has pioneering efficiency through a cleaner process chamber and greatly extended maintenance intervals. Zollner Electronics was impressed with Rehm's innovative technology and the amount of expertise behind the VisionXP system, which has been developed with more than twenty years of research and development in convection soldering behind it. The VisionXP provides reliable results such as process stability, minimal maintenance requirements, ease of operation and a comprehensive service package that leaves nothing to be desired. All of these factors have contributed to the VisionXP being Rehm's most sought-after soldering system and provided strong evidence and assurance for Zollner Electronics to select the VisionXP to address their needs at the new Milpitas production facility.
