Parker Trutec adds Automated Zinc Phosphate Line
Urbana, Ohio — Parker Trutec Inc has announced that the Urbana Jobbing Plant located at 4795 Upper Valley Pike recently added a 3rd Phosphate line to their wide selection of industrial coatings. This new addition compliments the other Henkel brand Phosphate coatings (Manganese, Zinc, Iron and Bonderlube) that is currently offered at PTU.
The added line will be a fully automated basket processing line that will allow PTU to achieve tight industry standards for CR, HR and AL substrates. Additionally, the new line will be capable of doing small trials and testing in a controlled laboratory setting for customers as needed. The processing tank parameters for this phosphate line are 20” x 30” x 16”.
