Agilent Technologies' 1Gxx MMIC Products Now Available

SANTA CLARA, Calif., June 8, 2009

Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced release of its 1Gxx family of MMIC (Monolithic Microwave IC) products through existing distribution channels. The MMIC devices, previously exclusively used by Agilent, are now available for a select set of end-user customers. The 1Gxx MMICs provide superior performance for applications focused at aerospace/defense and telecommunications.

The 1Gxx family of products consists of a diverse selection of millimeter-wave ICs, built-in GaAs and InP processes. Included will be the packaged and die versions of high-performance switches, mixers and amplifiers operating up to 110GHz.
