XM Unveils New Innovations at 2007 Consumer Electronics Show

WASHINGTON, Jan. 8 -- XM, America's number-one satellite radio company, is showcasing its newest innovations for the car, home, and portable use at the 2007 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) January 8-11 in Las Vegas.

CES is the world's largest annual trade show for consumer technology, attracting more than 140,000 attendees and 2,700 exhibitors. The XM booth (CES Booth 4606 in the Las Vegas Convention Center's North Hall) will display the latest products for listening to XM's 170 channels of music, sports, talk, and entertainment from coast to coast, as well as a broad range of advanced tools and services from XM:

o The Bushnell ONIX 400 Weather Tracker is the first portable, handheld
device that offers GPS navigation, live XM Radio reception, and
personalized, real-time XM weather information anywhere in the United
States. The device alerts you to specific weather threats for your
personal route and final destination. This in-depth weather data is
continuously updated and displayed on the GPS map. The ONIX 400 is a
winner of a 2007 CES Innovations Award for outstanding engineering and
design.

o XM is unveiling the Delphi SKYFi3 satellite radio with the new Delphi
Premium Sound System, a portable speaker system with advanced acoustics
for listening to XM at home, the office, or on the go. The system
offers a modular docking connector that is designed to work with
multiple XM radios, including the SKYFi3, MyFi, RoadyXT, and Audiovox
Xpress. The SKYFi3, the first satellite radio with removable memory for
MP3 music, is a 2007 CES Innovations Award winner in the mobile audio
category.

o At the XM booth, CES attendees can try out the award-winning XM2go/MP3
portables that enable users to discover new music on XM, record XM
content, store their favorite MP3 and WMA files, and purchase music
from XM + Napster.

o XM will demonstrate the latest cell phones from Cingular Wireless and
Alltel Wireless that receive XM Radio Mobile, the new service that
streams XM music channels to handsets and displays channel and song
information on the screen.

o A large wall of XM-ready car stereos will be displayed at CES,
including upcoming models from Panasonic, Sony, Alpine, Pioneer, and
Jensen that work with the XM Mini-Tuner, a tiny, removable cartridge
that contains the XM chipset. The newest XM-ready home audio systems
will also be on full display.

o The XM CommanderMT is the new universal satellite radio receiver that
delivers XM to any FM car stereo, regardless of make, model, or year.
The CommanderMT is a slim, sleek faceplate that can be integrated
seamlessly into the car's dashboard. The CommanderMT works with the
removable XM Mini-Tuner cartridge, rather than a traditional tuner box.

o An expanded line of navigation systems with XM Radio and the real-time
traffic service XM NavTraffic will be on site, including Pioneer
multimedia systems and the Garmin Zumo 550 for motorcycles.

o Hands-on displays of XM plug-and-play radios, such as the Audiovox
Xpress, XM Sportscaster, and Delphi RoadyXT, will offer an easy way for
people to experience XM programming during CES, including the live
play-by-play coverage of the BCS National Championship Game on January
8.

o Concept services for the automobile, including personal weather
tracking, in-car video, voice command, and parking locator will be
demonstrated inside a special XM "infotainment" vehicle at the booth.

o XM will be available in 140 models of new cars and trucks in 2007, and
CES attendees will be able to check out XM radios in the latest
vehicles from General Motors, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, and Porsche.
