Honeywell Offers Naurtech Ceterm® Software for Mainframe and Web Page Access on Mobile Computers
Leading terminal emulation and web browsing client now available for purchase directly from Honeywell
Skaneateles Falls, N.Y. - April 7, 2009 - Honeywell (NYSE: HON) today announced the availability of Naurtech's CETerm® web browser and terminal emulation software for direct purchase from Honeywell. This pairing simplifies purchasing options for customers and provides a qualified solution for connecting to back-office mainframe systems and web applications. Tailored for retail and warehouse environments, CETerm® is available for Honeywell's popular Dolphin® 7600, 7850, 7900, 9500, and 9900 mobile computers as well as the IK8560/70. The software can be factory-installed on the Dolphin® 7850 and 9900 for faster implementation and deployment.
Naurtech is an innovative market leader in handheld terminal emulation and web browser technology. The company's CETerm® includes a web browser and terminal emulators specifically designed for data collection applications utilizing bar code terminals. Five concurrent sessions can be configured to connect to any web application or legacy host systems requiring 3270, 5250 or VT220 emulation.

The software's built-in scripting allows integrators to automate business tasks and build customized applications that provide easy control of device peripherals and operating system functions.
