Geometric Enables Integration of Teamcenter and DELMIA
Mumbai, India, March 5, 2009: Geometric Limited (BSE: 532312, NSE: GEOMETRIC), a leader in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions and technologies, today announced the release of its enterprise integration solution for Teamcenter® software and DELMIA®, to help customers integrate their Teamcenter and DELMIA implementations.
Geometric's new interoperability solution provides process driven integration to enable the exchange of design, engineering and manufacturing data between Siemens PLM Software's Teamcenter digital lifecycle management software portfolio and Dassault Systemes' DELMIA Manufacturing Hub. It enables a unified product reference, resulting in the availability of latest and in-context product information for manufacturing users, and early validation of engineering changes from the manufacturing perspective, thereby substantially reducing the change cycle-times and the associated costs of incorporating such changes.
Geometric has CAA Partnership with Dassault Systemes and Foundation Partnership with Siemens PLM Software to build and distribute the solution, thereby ensuring support for the latest releases of Teamcenter and DELMIA.
