New Unit Provides High Torque Capabilities in a Small Package
Cleveland. Ohio - Danaher Motion announces the launch of its Deltran PT DuraLIFE-33, an electromagnetic wrap spring clutch that combines high torque, reliability, and rapid acceleration into one small package-at a very competitive price.
The wrap spring technology of the DuraLIFE-33 allows for very fast response to bring loads from zero to full speed in less than 3 milliseconds, depending on the application load requirements. It provides 30 lb/in (3.4Nm) of torque over a cycle life of 1 million actuations. The DuraLIFE-33 exceeds industry life requirements with minimum cycle-to-cycle variation.

The DuraLIFE-33 is available with the following options:
