Stafford, TX, February 2006 - The Vertical Build Station, PN 168-1000, is a variable height workstation that enables technicians to support vertical turbine engine assembly and maintenance. The VBS uses a proven, man-rated lifting system for managing heavy loads.

The lifting system has an excellent track record in environments requiring safety and reliability for personnel working on or underneath the platform. The Atec unit has the advantage of being environmentally friendly since it has no in-ground hydraulic system. The VBS is a completely aboveground system, bolting to the existing cement slab where possible.
