Wonderware Equipment Operations Module Wins Award for Technology, Innovation, & Market Impact


LAKE FOREST, Calif., May 23, 2007 - Wonderware, a business unit of Invensys, today announced that Control Engineering magazine has selected the Wonderware Equipment Operations Module for a 2006 "Engineers' Choice Award." The Equipment Operations Module was selected by engineers polled by the magazine on products considered the most exceptional based on technological advancement or innovation, service to the industry and market impact.

Engineers' Choice Award winners were selected from the magazine's subscriber list of more than 88,000 readers, which include industry engineers. Votes were tallied from 109 products in 19 categories, with only 40 products earning the distinction of an Engineers' Choice Award. The Wonderware Equipment Operations Module was highlighted in the magazine's April 2007 issue, which announced the Engineers' Choice Award winners. The winning products were showcased in the issue's "New Products Compendium for 2006" section.
