Interroll Introduces Exclusive Wire System For Conveyor And Machine Builders
Interroll, a leader in the materials handling industry, announced the availability of its cable assembly products specifically designed to serve conveyor and machine building original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Interroll offers distribution blocks, and power and sensor bus lines in a complete "plug & play" cable assembly that is ready for installation in conjunction with Interroll RollerDrive products.
"Interroll has been using this cable assembly technique within our own conveyor systems for years and realized that its quick installation and neatly arranged wiring were a benefit to conveyor designers and assemblers," said Interroll Global Product Manager, Greg Matthews. Interroll's wiring systems are an ideal alternative to insulation displacement contact (IDC) connectors typically used in the conveyor industry. IDC wire connection installations are time consuming and often result in incorrect connections. Interroll's complete pluggable wiring system provides a main distribution block which serves as the central termination point for 24VDC power distribution throughout the conveyor system.
