Available for counter balance, reach, and narrow aisle lift trucks, RAVAS iForks XT Pro measures 1.9 in. thick x 6.4 in. wide to fit into notched 4-way side of GMA pallet. Wireless Lift Forks with 1.9" Height Lift and Weigh Low Pallets
The RAVAS iFork line of wireless scale forks for counter balance, reach and narrow aisle lift trucks, is now also available in a version with an extra thin profile. The new RAVAS iForks XT Pro models are ideal for 3PL, warehousing and freight applications. At 1.9” thick X 6.4”wide the iForks XT fit easily into the notched four-way side of a GMA pallet allowing the user to maximize the cube of their trailers.
Currently available in a 5,000 Lb. capacity at 42” and 48” lengths, the iForks XT Pro is optionally available NTEP approved CoC # 15-062, with shipments scheduled in the 4th Quarter of 2015. Longer lengths and higher capacities are also under development. The addition of an iForks XT Pro mobile scale on a forklift, allows two important tasks to be accomplished simultaneously: transporting and weighing. It's no longer necessary to drive every pallet or container back and forth to a fixed floor scale. Cost savings are realized immediately: cycle times are reduced, effective floor space is increased. Investment payback is often within a few months. Additionally, wireless communications eliminates costly cable repairs.
iForks XT Pro offer (the same precise performance as standard iForks, nominally down-rate forklift capacity, can easily be integrated with side shifting fork positioners, and, by not obstructing the driver's view, contribute to safer operation. All components are fully integrated into the forks with no external cabling. The weighing system can be installed on any forklift truck in a matter of minutes with “plug and weigh” simplicity.
