Designed for vehicle system integrators, the TREQ-M4x boasts the same powerful features as the TREQ-M4 but offers wireless communication and control, and fully meets the hardware requirements of USDOT FMCSA Rule 395.16 for Electronic On-Board Recorders (EOBRs).

"We are very excited to add the TREQ-M4x to our growing line of TREQ mobile data terminals."

Similar to the TREQ-M4 but with more functionality, the new TREQ-M4x features a GPS receiver and a quad-band GSM/GPRS modem for location-based applications like mapping and navigation, as well as data communication for messaging and routing. Also added are a J1708 and J1939 (CANbus) interface. Additional specifications of the TREQ-M4x include a bright 480 x 272 pixel LCD, 4.3" (109 mm) diagonal with a resistive touch screen, Marvell® PXA 300 CPU (624 MHz), Windows® Embedded CE 6.0 operating system, extended operating temperature range, magnetic card reader and Bluetooth capability.
